Our organization is need in of a complete web design overhaul. Website link is http://ifc.innoboom.com/ . You will see that many browsers flag with as malware and the website needs serious work. A comparable website is gr/eek/gat/or.com (remove /'s). We like the layout, minus the flash, music and other moving parts.
We are looking for a designer to design and code a similar website with a clean and professional look. Website should be easy to update news items, add forms, and change graphics for someone with basic html knowledge. Designer should be initially responsible for helping get all information transferred over. Additionally, we will need a functional form that is similar to http://ifc.innoboom.com/index.php?c=register and mails to an email address once submitted.
