- Description: Need 500 relevant pr3 and up backlinks for new legal directory. First, I need a written site review for SEO reccomendations. I have already changed the meta tags, etc. I just need someone to go to my competititor's website, review it thoroughly, provide SEO reccomendations then get 500 pr3 and up backlinks linking to my competitor. This might be an ongoing project. I wiil also need to market the site. Please reply with "understand SEO" so that I will know that your response is not auto generated.
