We require a CMS solution for making this site a reality.

We have designed the concept and now we would like to add the backend.

There are five sections visitors can follow.
Lifestyle
Professional Cooks.
Parties
Commic
Museum
Recipe Uploads and POstings.

Users should be ableto join up and Post their recipe ideas on their page.
Professional Cooks should be able ot Join and post their profiles.
Party groups should be able to post their information and past party information.
All users should be able to post their recipes.
The Museum is just a page for users to browse and post photos and stories of old products.

Please advise a complete system for making this kind of user based CMS site.

Design Components are not required but the site should function with placeholders so we cna add the design.
