What I am trying to accomplish:
Retrieve or report on the username or member ID that has completed an affiliate offer from my site to accomplish basic incentive site (NOT points or get paid to, simply WHO completed offers).

Details:
Joomla website, users registered with Communinity Builder. PHP & MySQl on host.

I am hoping this might be a simple PHP code or script? Maybe somebody already has something written that would be a quick adjust for another site?

I am not very knowledgeable about PHP or MySQL and would need something that I could understand. I am not even sure which category to list this request in!

I am interested in ANY information/bids - from the minimum that I am trying to accomplish to any recommendations if you have worked with tracking members through affiliate ads related to incentive advertising!I do not know what to offer as a bid as I do not know the complexity of the solution! My budget is low so I am hoping someone already has something that only needs slight adjusting to the site. If that is the case, I'd throw out $10-$20 for a bid.
If it is more complex, this is something that I have been stuck on for some time (approved for incentive advertising with no way to run it!) so the amount will tell me if I can do this or not.
If you have a more complex solution or suggestions to run this type of advertising more efficiently, I am still all ears.

I have a MySql database that could be reference to tell me what I need to know, if there is a way to reference that with a script on a webpage and pass that through the subid url for affiliate links.

I am extremely anxious to get this launched. I am not sure if this is more difficult to accomplish that I thought or the budget too low? I am considering marking this urgent but I am not sure if that would help.

Ultimately, I would gladly compensate anyone who could help me achieve tracking member offer completions through affiliate networks! I am shocked at how hard it has been to achieve this.

I am on the verge of buying a ready made script, FSRevolution seems great but that is $200+ and I don't need a majority of the features so setup would be more than I need. The other incentive scripts don't seem to fit - I would rather have nothing visible to the visitors/members.
