I want a customizable web site built. The site will be IDX compatible—allow customers to search for homes within the site. There might be quick search box that pulls the listing from local MLS system. Also, customers will have the option to search home: under construction, luxury condos & distinct homes—$500k+

The site will have tabs for: HomePage, Office information, Lender information, and a lead capture page—contact. To the left, there will be tabs for: Sellers, buyers, community profile, preferred partners, buyers & sellers seminars, and become an agent. Open to questions!
