Programmers who had worked with the Easy Search Directory preferred.

This web application is very good; I just need to change a few things to make it work for my needs.
You can preview the original software at http://www.easysearchdirectory.com/ and get familiar with the functions prior to bit in this project.
1. Visit the current directory as I have it up and running at www.aluminumconstruction.net
As right now there is only listing of companies under specific categories that visitors can check and review and maybe pick from the closest location rating etc...
2. I need to implement an additional module that allows visitors to post a bid for new project for any of the specific categories i.e new fence, new screen patio etc.

3. Based under the category they post the project, the contractors companies already listed in my directory will receive notification of the new project by e-mail and will be able to post a bit for the specific project. This will give me two advantage

• It will be more easy to to enroll new contractors in my directory because they will have a chance to bid on new project
• It will benefit my customer because instead of choosing one contractor in particular. They could get a price from a pool of companies with the better price.

4. As the administrator I will have first to approve the new project from the visitor and this will be done thru the admin panel that is already there.

Please review the details of the project carefully before placing a bid.
