We have the need to get a complete list of ALL eBay categories (all levels sub-categories as well). eBay provides an API for such task:

Specs:
* The categories retrieved need to be in a tree structure, either nested arrays (in PHP) or JSON.
* We need the source code; we do not need the eBay API key.
