    Need a control panel driven web site to basically generate a web site and upload the same using ftp info.

    CP should have fields for:

    Title,
    Main banner,
    Description,
    Keywords,
    h1, h2
    Etc..

    A couple of images, with separate filed for hyperlink.

    Main Text box for descriptive text.

    and a an HTML text box for Youtube or other html code.

    The idea is to be able to create a standard set of mini sites that are highly optimized on the fly through quick cut and paste.
