Final outcome will be a joomla component, accessible through front end , with configuration menu on the admin side.
You will create data entry module for up to 15 or 20 tables. Modules should at least have these capabilities : add (new), edit(update), delete, filter data, inquiry, CSV data import and export. All pages(modules) should have clean and uniform look. Further details will be provided. Winning programmer will have to update their work progress frequently.Additional feature: user activities should be recorded into a table (activity log) and an inquiry page(module) to retrieve these activity records is also required.
