You must have 3 years experience with Joomla MVC development. Skills in PHP, mySQL, CSS, Jquery (Javascript), Joomla MVC.
We run a web development firm based out of San Francisco California.
We use a ticket system and you would be notified of new tickets assigned to you via email. You log-into the ticket system and complete ticket.
We communicate in teams using Gtalk.
You would work from home or where ever.
We will assign you an email and contact info and you would be plugged into our ticket system. We would then feed you work using this ticket system that fit your specific skills. This is a very fast pased job. We build templates, components, plugins, modules every day.
Project managers discuss with the customer and create a "Blueprint" document of the project. The Project Manager will give you the developer a PPT Doc (PowerPoint). Each slide in the PPT doc will illustrate the technical instructions on what we want complete. You will then discuss the BluePrint PPT doc with the project manager so you could be very clear with each part of the project.
On most days you will complete 10-30 development tickets (tasks) for several customer websites. You will have to be comfortable logging into Cpanel/Plesk, etc. and setting up mysql db's and installing joomla and doing various tasks to edit a joomla site.
Another important part this job would be to take PSD file that is converted into the Joomla template. We use Rockettheme.com (currently the Infuse template) and convert the psd to use a Rocketheme template.
You will be completing alot of CSS template issues adn are expected to complete your tasks quickly. In 1-2 hours you should have complete several tickets.
We are looking for experienced PHP, MYSQL, CSS, JavaSCript(JQuery), AJAX and Joomla Programmers. You should hasve min 3 years of experience. Joomla 1.5+ experience is must. You should have a fast mind with experienced skills to accomplish your work tasks.

+ Should have knowledge in Joomla AJAX/JQuery functionality (API Framework) in Joomla commponent and modules.
Hours are 12 noon to 12 midnight Monday - Saturday.
(6 day working week)
You get 60 min lunch, 60 min dinner, 60 min exercise.
