    I need an app that will email *very fast* using SMTP servers.

    This app will need to manage dns (can use mydns), manage email lists, blacklists, etc.. and inject email through a bunch of SMTP servers that I have setup.

    Needs to inject very fast to the SMTP servers and rotate based on criteria I set.

    ongoing project - prefer to use somebody that is familiar with using zend or cake frameworks.
