I need you to built a website.

You will be in charge of :

-Designing the site (5 proposals)
-Create a logo for the site (5 rpoposals)
-Built an admin section
-programming some tools.

I need to be able to :

-Add sections
-Post articles with : title, content, photographs or videos, choose tags for the articles, choose the section where to put the article in. I wil need a few admin accounts.
-Have a video and a photograph section where users will be able to upload their content, with a summary of all photographs and video posted and personnal pages for each video/photo.
-I need to be able to manage the content posted by users.
- I need to have accounts and registration with some rights I can define to allow the user to go in some sections or all sections even if they are registered or not.
-I need a forum setted up, not available at the beggining
-I need a search bar to search on the site
-I would like direct access to all the parts of the site at the bottom


If possible, and notice me the price to developp a tool where I will be able to have a section with a list and logos of comanies, with individual presentation on individual pages then.

The site need to be SEO friendly.

Logos and design you will make for the site will be my property after the work done and everything paid.
