We are interested in listing your software on our books - which when promoted in the right circles may result in
a) a sale and
b) a project of customisation to the clients needs, which will need to be

You get a) the sale, and b) a negotiated role in the customisation work and we get c) the project implementation work.
You will supply a virtual image OS, working demo, and documentation for promotional purposes.
We need to show the prospective clients a live demo - if it is not written it cannot be promoted and sold.
We guarantee and undertake your software is not pre-sold or on-sold or commercially used by any client or prospective client, until further contracts are entered into with you re: a) sale and/or if applicable b) customisation schedules.
Our initial role and task at hand is strictly limited to 'show casing' and promoting your application.
We aim to match your application to the needs of the client.
Our interest is in the financial reward derived by implementation.
Your software - can be leased or licensed or sold in this scheme - it is your choice.
You may be a large software company that has a project that has taken 1000's of man hours to develop and you would be happy to see more cross promotional opportunities.
You may be a small developer - and if you so choose - we can help with b) the customisation, by playing a bigger role in the design specifications thus freeing you up for the coding requirements. Your choice.
You may be an open source developer - using 'dotnetnuke' or 'moodle' and you have customised modules for a previous client, and now are looking towards sites interested in your module.
Our relationship with you is always protected and never disclosed.
Your software will be branded with our image - similar to white labelling.
Alternatively your brand may be retained if it is indicative of the software name and not you as a solutions provider.
We place no restrictions on your ability to sell your application via different brokers or other means and having your own brand.
We aim to contact high end companies and we are not about targeting high volume sales. We seek one on one relationship sales.
We are looking for sites that require c) implementation of software where the source code can be altered in a customisation process.
If your software is specific to an industry, preferably the Finance industry and customisable and potentially portable to other companies in that industry - it may be a good vehicle for a relationship with us.
Your software will become part of our overall listed profile, there is no risk to you.
We guarantee to not alter or distribute your software other than to showcase to potential parties - in an effort to generate new work and sales.
This is not similar to open-source. Rather it is intended that you retain the ownership of the application until a sale is negotiated.
