    I need someone with experience working with UPS, Flat FEDEX rates, gift certificate modules. Also some SEO and front optimization.
    I am dba, I can do the database performance tuning but I need someones/help guidance to improve store loading images.
    Also, few minor changes re size a box, move a link and such.

    The developer who is working on this project is taking too long and
    says that it too complicated to implement the above modules.. I know he is a good programmer but lack experiences with this modules, so please only respond if you have experience.

    I will provide very good technical details, since I am also a programmer, but I need someone who know osc and can deliver fast.
