I have built a website already, but i want to add a rental property portal onto the ribon(menu)for users to be able to search for houses apartments etc. The basic functionality is that property owners can upload their property details to defined categories e.g apartments,houses,studio and create a webpage for their property.users can then search this property data based on property type,budget,location etc.The information captured per property would include the standard details eg location,address,amenities,photos,images,shops,playgrounds,creche.However we would like to include video if possible.We are looking for experienced my sql,php,css,-html developers. we would provide the website design/html templates for the developers to integrate with the data base system. if you have completed a similar project please send me a link both of the front end and if possible to the admin aswell.please do not send me a load of links to unrelated projects.As always cost is a factor- so please keep bids as low as possible-but sufficient to complete the job. similar portal to daft.ie or myhome.ie (just the rentals)

Thank you so much for all your samples so far i am trying to narrow things down and basically spell out what im looking for and trying to accomplish.I have been studying your samples of portals youve built and i have a few requests which i would like to put forward in relation to building mine! Landlord/Advertiser No 1 - i want there to be a Register function for the landlord or advertiser. N0 2-upload details of property -describtion- photos-video-map location. No3- Profile page/page to manage or edit details about the property so that the advertiser/lanlord can change his or her details Similar to daft.ie. No4-page to display property. No5- a payment mechanism. No6- For the tenant- A search,refine (No of bedrooms?),what type of property? (i.e house,appartment,flat,studioprice) price range? (in euro),When can you move in?(show a list of dates),What type of lease do you want? i.e(a list of 3months,6months,12months),Should the property be furnished?(i.e,yes or no option). No7-When search has been entered i want the search results to display multiple properties which match the users search requirments.
