The Requirements are
1) Minor redesign - with contact form as in attached file
2) Landing pages need to be configured as templates for simple editing through a CMS. The CMS design is up to designer ie backend, drupal, wordpress etc...simplicity of changing the wording for various ad campaigns is the priority - Tags:
