I'm hosting up a auction site and looking for a reliable and user friendly swoopo/penny auction scripts, Fast delivery and support provided.

- Chinese language supported,
- Unmanned CMS admin monitoring
- Various auction type include penny auction
- Automated payment system
- Ease of changing template design/banner

a) Please discuss what could be done with this fixed budget of USD 2000. PM me if haven't receive our requirements.
b) Please send me a sample design layout or demo for the final selection. This is for me to present to my partners. This design layout will be work with Sample to clone: www.PennyAuction.com.my , theNextbid.com.
c) We will award the project to you immediately when the design/demo is approved , which take > 1 day.
d) Outstanding deliverable will be pay with extra bonus or commission. (Yes, long term relationship.)
Sorry for the above stringent requirements. I've receive too many demo which we are not interested about the disappointing site design. Let's discuss what could be done.Will be close the project ASAP.Expected to commercialize the live website at early December.
