- Description: I currently own a site www.promeza.com/online but the person that set it up is no longer available (skiped town) and never left me the passwords. I would like a new (joomla) site to be built very similar to this one. Plus instructions on how I can make changes and access data as needed. I would like the person to also be fluent in spanish since it is a spanish site. I can access the files through cpanel if it helps as to recover some graphics.
