I am looking for a full redesign of my lotto site. I would like a layout kinda similar to http://osc.template-help.com/wt_26267/index.html at least the top 1/2 of the page including the flash (flash must be lotto orianted not casino orianted) and the four boxes which I already have designed at http://www.todayslottery.com . I have a lot of other potential work if this job is completed correctly.

P.S. I would only need the template and the flash design. I will be able to insert it into the site so you will have no site work just the time to build the template and the flash resembeling http://osc.template-help.com/wt_26267/index.html
