I am in need for an article writer. Only native speakers need apply. I need someone how can write clear English.

What I need:
The articles I need are about home repair and home maintenance.
The articles need to be 300 to 500 words long and must be unique. All articles will need to pass copy scape.
All research will be done by how ever gets the job.

Now for the important part. Al the articles will have to be write on my website.In the format that all the other articles have been written which can be seen at buildingscoop.com
I will want the winner to set up several different accounts on my website to write the articles so it doesn't look like they were all from the same person.I also want articles written for the categorize that do not have articles or if they only have one or two in them
Each article will need a picture and to be filled to match the article that have already been written on the website.

All articles must start with (How to )

Make sure that the articles are correct to what ever you are writing about.If things do not sound write or are wrong I will not pay for that article. I don't mind if you take articles and rewrite them from like thisoldhouse.com or pbs.org or doityourself.com or other popular websites.

I will pay $1.00 per article and I will need at least 50 articles a month.
