We would like to create an iPhone app for reading Chinese news.

What the app would do is:
* When the App is first taped, it displays the newspaper's logo.
* Then users see a summary list of news headlines (along with thumbnail image). Also there is a progress bar at bottom showing the page is updating to get the latest news.
* When users tap a particular news, the details of the news are displayed with image.
* We are able to put some ads displayed at bottom part of news.
* There are 4 bottom icon sections leading to different news categories when taped. The 5th icon will be "setting" which allow user to have some options.
* All features are pretty much like New York Times app or iNFZM app.

What I am looking for is a long term commitment. This is the first of many iPhone applications we need get developed.
