Shopping cart system that is setup for sales consultants. The admin can add a new consultant then will setup up an account for their subdomain cart. Example: The main company is mydomain.com and the admin sets up a new consultant with the name "johndoe" so the script will set up a shopping cart at johndoe.mydomain.com. the consultant then has a website where they sell products for the main company. The consultant can track sales and run reports and manually enter orders in if they have a home sales party.

The main goal of this script is to start a home party sales company with independent sales consultants that each consultant can sell online through their unique subdomain or do direct sales in person and enter orders through their admin panel. The main company will then ship the order either to the sales consultant or directly to the final customer.

We need this simple and easy to use. Here are features we would like:

-Admin can allow custom template changes by each consultant or set it to where they have to keep the template admin chooses and just allow for a unique logo

-Detailed sales stats for admin and each consultant. A consultant can login and view their stats. Admin can login and view each individual consultant stats or totals from all consultants.

-admin enters prices and then enters consultant commission amount. So, total price if the consultant price+commission for visitors to eh consultant's site. If the consultant logs in to enter order manually, they pay only their price.

-need standard features of a typical shopping cart, including shipping modules, CC modules, etc.

We are open to starting with an existing cart and altering to our need. But we would need rights to resell this script if we choose.
