All info should be properly parsed and dumped into distintive fields into a mySQL DB

Final results should be a nice and clean (useable) database with self explanatory field name and data. Website links should be proper direct URL and not reroutes through Globalspec.

Different companies have different profiles format. Must be able to process all and save all info and pictures embedded in company profile.

iBot can be a win32, script (php,perl) application.

Bidders should have good references related to this line of work.
