I need a Wordpress plugin created that will allow users to select military medals and badges to display on their blog. This plugin will require someone/team with extensive knowledge of Wordpress, WordpressMU, plugins, and especially the United States Military.

The following are the requirements for the plugin:

- Compatible with Wordpress 2.8.5 and WordpressMU 2.8.5.2
- Needs to be compatible for multiple users adding different medals and badges (hence the need for WordpressMU)
- Installs via Plugin manager within Wordpress Admin's panel
- Needs to display all available medals and badges for Army, Marines, Navy, and Air Force including unit awards, pictures of each are required to allow easy selection
- Needs to include military award devices
- Medals and badges need to be displayed as a ribbon bar followed by badges, on blog posts/pages and in a sidebar widget
- The medals and badges need to be displayed in their correct order of precedence
