I want to give a good friend of mine a new website for his dive-school, because his one is very outdated.

Just returned from 10 days professional diving with him, and was really great.

business is not going well, so i want to help him with a new website.

i have seen pre-made examples which i like, but its not enough to get him on good business

my first idea was joomla, but must have some flash in, like here on the example.

since i have little knowledge a little help with creating the pages.
I have already seen joomla templates with diving, perhaps that's good to use and edit css.

The budget is as it is, its just an gift from me to him.
