I need someone to design and implement a professional looking Worpress blog template for my website site;

I just need someone to design a nice template with two widget columns using a header similar to my current header and forum header. I want the design to blend with the site presently which means taking a good portion of the current header and modifying it slightly to create a professional looking blog template that fits the site. I need the color schemes and styles to fit the current color schemes and styles of the website and forums. Please be sure to view the header of the site and my vbulletin forums. Something similar to the header forums is closer to what I am looking for. The current site uses SSI panels for the header where I just update the panels if I want to edit the navigation and sportsbook links at the top. I will also need the mailing list form to be included in the header as it is on the rest of the site. As I said, taking a majority of the current header and using it in the header for the wordpress theme will be fine.
