- Description: I am looking for someone to create a unique 3d Animation character that will be able to lip synch in a 30 sec web commercial. Audio will be provided for project. I am relying on the creativity of the programmer I hire for the project to make the character unique. However, here is a link of two characters that I like and would want similar animation.
