Template changing (logo, colums, sizes) for joomla 1.5 with latest virtue mart.

I have now already template look at www.LeonDesign.eu but this has to be changed.

I need a user friendly admin so that I can add products regularly and clipart.

ON MY SERVER I HAVE GOT ALSO A LOTS OF OTHER TEMPLATES WHICH WE CAN USE. OR MAYBE YOU HAVE GOT OWN TEMPLATE.

ALSO ON SERVER LOTST OF JOOMLA STUFF EXTENSIONS, MODULES, TEMPLATES, ETC. ETC.
WHEN I PICK THE WINNER PROGRAMMER YOU MAY COPY ALL THESE FILES FOR FREE AND IMPLEMENT SOME TO MY SITE !

I have tried this three times now, and I have yet to find a programmer that can finish the work.
Are you capable, can you meet your deadline, can you provide a working site, no scams....
