We need to add additional features to our existing Admin/CMS Panel for our e-commerce website. The website is PHP and is currently on a Linux server. The changes include:

-Add a messaging system so admins and users can communicate on the website

-Add a website editor so we may add or create new pages, and edit existing pages (including images, ads, text, tabs, URL's, etc.)

We also need some minor changes to our URLs to optimize for SEO.
