I use a eBay listing tool called Blackthorne its a GUI that runs over the top of a SQL database.

I need a Report that will tell me the sale through rate of items and show me a list of item that are not within our standard an a separate tab or window

Number of times sold divided by number of times listed. 1/1=100% is fine 1/5=20% out of standard and shows in report.

I need to be able to to enter the parameters to print report.

I need it to also break it down by listing type buy it now, fixed price. And display percentage of each sold.

I will also need to it to look at the selling price and give me the average sold price and real basic profit loss (average sold price / cost ) also (average sold price / cost + average listing fees)

I need to have a tab or window that shows me products that are out of standard on the Basic profit loss %

Again I need to be able to enter parameters to print report.

i would like this to be done in an open source BI system with these reports allready set up, This way i can change and get other reports as needed in the future http://sourceforge.net/projects/pentaho/

thats an opensource project that will do what i need, and has the fuctions i am looking for i belive.
