paypal pro fix error

- Description: Hello, we have paypal pro integrated; however, when someone tries to pay, it gives an error, but charges the card anyway. Users try to upgrade numerous times; which creates multiple charges.
Also, it doesnt upgrade the user and place them in our billing system when the error occurs...
when someone tries to upgrade their account it sends them to an HTTP 500 Internal Error page
