We are looking for an iPhone app through which we can create/design /administer a small survey (10 - 20 questions) – with/without branching logics and host it on our WebServer.
Some key points of the app:
• It will require data transfer from iPhone to Web-server
• Facility to record the answers offline (without connecting to web) and submitting all the answers at once after completing the survey
• Feature to record the GPS location points in “dd:mm:ss” format for Latitudinal and Longitudinal coordinates submitted to Web-server
Further, this survey will be sent to few people across who have downloaded and installed this app from iPhone App Store. The client app will flash “New Survey Notification” on the users screen. They will use this client app to download the survey, fill the responses and submit it back to Web-server.
We will also need an Admin tool (iPhone and PC) that will be used to create, design and administer the survey as well as view the data/statistics of people who have submitted the data.
It will be great if we can also get a simulation environment for iPhone App to visualize the survey created before deploying/sending it to the people.
