This is one of many immediate projects I need completed. I need template 21460 from templatemonster customized and a logo created. The name of the business is Southern Landmark Landscape. A combination of stock template photos and istockphoto pics will be used. There will be approx 5-6 links in the navigation bar. The non-header (content) section of site may need to be done in html for SEO purposes. I'm not sure if the template features a 'gallery' to display works, if not, a photo gallery will need to be created - i do like template 21972's photo gallery. Designer should also be able to restructure the layout of the template if necessary to accommodate content. Music may also be added, if so an on/off sound button will be necessary (I don't think we will use sound). Header should rotate pictures provided, just like the original template does. However, designer must be able to adjust time frequency to our request (6 seconds per pic, 3 seconds per pic, or desired frequency). Designer should also be able to stop refreshing of flash header for internal links unless the 'replay' button is used. Contact page information should be coded to transmit to email provided. I use skype and yahoo and prefer to work with a designer who does as well. I also prefer to work with a designer who is available during normal USA work hours. Designer must allow reasonable edits until full satisfaction is achieved. I am easy to work with and available to work with you hands on. Thanks and happy bidding.
