  • Description:
We run a site called t h e s c u l p t u r e p a r k.com, basically we want to use Joomla rather than creloaded modified to do what we want as creloaded has so much waste of stuff, its not xhtml compliant and not easy to use for admin wanting to add text to site.

Basically we need a module/component that mimics the features we have on our old site.

We dont need e-commerce features so we dont need virtualmart, all we need is a way to add Sculptors to the site and to add there sculptures to each sculptor.

    This is the main page we want to show our sculptors, http://www.t h e s c u l p t u r e p a r k.com/main/sculptors.php and the page would need to function the same.

We will need 2 modules for browse by sculptor and browse by category.

Everything else in the site can be achieved using Joomla standard features for the CMS.

Here is a list of how the admin/frontend should work for this component.

Mainly is getting an admin section for adding Categories, Sculptors (like Manufacturers), and Sculptures (like Products)

The Sculpture section will have fields for:

    Sculpture Name:
    Category:
    Sculptor:
Price: (can enter a price, and have a tick box next to it saying, if ticked will show call for price.)
Image Management, dont know if to use small, medium and large image or have just main image and system thumbnails
    Short Description:
    Long Description:
Should use joomla native meta tag management
Extra Fields so can have fields like:

    Edition
    Size
    Weight
    Materials Used

The Sculptor admin page will let me add/edit/delete Sculptors, Will need fields for:

    First Name:
    Last Name:
    Website:
    Portfolio Image:
    Biography:

Category admin will just have the option to add/edit/delete categories.

Then front end must show the sculptures page like it currently is

    Look forward to your quotes.
