I need e-mail scraping application that fetches email addresses from web, portals AND send bulk emails. It should have a function to confirm addresses as deliverable otherwise the application fetches fake emails. The bulk email sending should be text based NOT html based. Describe how many email this application can fetch per seconds. A programmer who develops this application should provide support in case of bug and mal-functionality.
