I am looking for someone to write me a simple piece of software which will allow me to put back bets into the Betfair market at odds which I can set and then place Lay Bets in the Betfair market at odds I can set.

Example:

Horse Racing market - I want to be able to back all horses in a race at odds of 1.1 on Betfair.

When a horse hits odds of 1.1 the software should place my back bet.

If the horse then continues shortening the software should place a Lay bet at 1.05.
