I need something like it, but changed to work with a "page" sliding instead of a menu image.

You will get from me an index.php that looks like this:
calls to the javascript libraries needed
php call to header.php
div index1, containing php call to index1.php
div index2, containing php call to index2.php
php call to footer.php

The sliding effect, as you guessed, is needed for index1.php and index2.php. The files are all clean with little code, and ready for the javascript.

I need this done ASAP, 2 hours after awarding the job should be fair.
