We have a dedicated server with server01.com and we need to go from this:

* Apache 2.2.3
* PHP + MySQL 5.1.6

To this:

* Apache >= 2.2.8 (server01 has 2.2.3)
* PHP + MySQL >= 5.2.3 (server01 has 5.1.6)
* The following extensions for PHP:
- apc > 3.0.19 (not present in server01)
- gd >= 2.0.34 with freetype (ok)
- memcache >= 2.2.3 (not present in server01)
- pdo_mysql (ok)
* The following must be set in the configure line:
- --enable-cli (not present in server01)
- --with-pear (not present in server01)
* The following PEAR libaries: (server01 has no working PEAR)
- Mail_Queue (not present in server01)
- gdb2 (not present in server01)

Linux Distro is CentOS 5#### IMPORTANT ADJUSTMENTS!!! ####

We have decided to go with GoDaddy dedicated server so we can work with cPanel instead of Plesk. So now this is what we have:

Control Panel is cPanel
Linux Distro is CentOS 5

I think it is easier with cPanel so please review your bids, we will take our decision tomorrow.
