I need a programmer to create a lead capture and management real estate website. My market is very competitive. Therefore, I need a site that stands out and provides the visitor a user-friendly resourceful experience. Currently, I subscribe to point 2 agent professional ($600 per year) but I own the domain name and host it with hostgator. The programmer also needs to cleverly blend affiliate marketing. In summary, the primary goals of the website will be to capture leads for my real estate deals and to generate income from targeted affiliate marketing. A good model website is www.realtor.com although that may be a few projects (phases) away. One of the things that I do not like about my point2agent subscription is that I would have to pay $120/mth just to add affiliates to my website. To limit downtime, the programmer needs to design the website on their own network and transfer it to my domain upon project completion and payment. Also, this site needs to be expandable where I can add other agents later. I am also a member of zillow.com which affords me the use of some of their widgets. Only serious programmers with examples of real estate sites that they have designed should apply.
