I am looking for a Web Developer who has UPDATED GRAPHIC DESIGN SKILLS (CS4 Suite) and the proven ability to integrate a robust back-end CMS solution into a visually appealing front end!

The CMS will need to be capable of churning out stats, reports, pageviews, etc and also be able ot take care of e-newsletter campaigns (with click through reporting, etc)

Looking for a website solution, similar to (in the standard of design and functionality) as www.YELLOWPAGES.COM.AU, with a few of the added features similar to www.yelp.com such as:

* User Reviews and profiles with ip address logging for unique
*Blogs
* A tube uploading section for businesses to use
* send to a friend etc
