We currently have a partially functional Magento based site up at http://www.FactoryOutletTooling.com/index.php. After some careful consideration we've decided to re-skin our site in conjunction with making some minor changes to the way Magento handles the page.

I've attached two .jpegs of the design we're looking to achieve. One is of the homepage design and the other is of the product page. The design itself is very close to our current layout (http://www.FactoryOutletTooling.com/index.php), so there shouldn't be too much restructuring of Magento. As for the adjustments to Magento, I've attached a word doc to better explain the specifics of what we are needing.

To apply for this project you must have Magento experience (examples are a must), be able to handle the re-skinning of the page as well as all of the touchups listed in the attached word doc.
