- Description: Looking to create a real estate CMS system. I've already created the most-basic structure in CakePHP and I need someone to take what i've created and polish it up and I'll be doing the visual side. So, I'm basically looking for someone to strictly program PHP :)
Here's what I need in a whole system done:
1. User signs up - picks their role (so far there are 4-5 roles) and picks password
2. Can post real estate listings
3. Can bid/send offers for listings
4. User profile - add picture, info, and etc.
Ability to list properties and create/modify profile is essential at the moment. Since signed up will be able to post their listings, visiting user to the site will be able to see some of them advertised on a front page, and maybe in resources page, like a search page, where end-user can type in their zip code or search criteria and it'll search our database for those listings.
We are looking for someone who can get this done ASAP, timing is crucial.
When bidding, please provide your experience in PHP / CakePHP and developing custom applications. If this project goes well, further projects are going to follow up right away.
