We need an experienced programmer who has worked with the dolphin software in the past, must have a good commad of English...

We need the following modifications.

Private Pictures:
The member must have the ability to choose if they would like their picture to be in private or public, where other members have to request for authroisation to see them...We do NOT want this as a passworded option like on social networking sites. It must be available for every member to be able to request to see another members private pictures.

Video Viewing.
We would like the option to allow none paid members to watch 2 video's per day this must be on a 24 hour basis, so if they choose to watch their video's at 3pm, they wouldln't be able to see more until after 2pm the following day.

Postal codes and Distances.
We would like members to be able to see how far away another member is from them in Miles. i.e, George looks at Cindy's profile and it will tell him that she is x amount of miles from him.

we would also like to have the option of seeing who is online in a certian area. i.e, George can click the who is online button and it will take him to a list of area's that he can choose from.

We would also like to have the for memebrs to have a flashing message when they get an email letting them know that they have a message in their inbox.
