We need a total of 160 PR3+ links to our websites (at least 40% of the links must be PR4 or higher). All websites are education related (safety courses) and in Dutch.

Links must come from high quality websites (preferably .NL, .BE or other European domains) that contain on topic, education related relevant content. Only genuine "white hat" SEO techniques are to be used. Please read our project guidelines below :


PROJECT GUIDELINES

- The PAGE containing our link must have a page rank of at least 3 (the page must have PR, not just site)
- links should include the target keywords on the text hyperlink
- All links must be from Dutch (preference), German or English language-based websites
- One link per domain, each link must be from a completely different class C IP address
- link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days)
- link must not reside on a page with more than 30 outbound links
- links must be permanent, free, one way/non-reciprocal and static
- links from sites that already link to us will not be approved
- links need to be in place for a period of at least 12 months: any links that drop off over the the next twelve months will need to be replaced with equivalent PR links free of charge
- All links to be permanent clean HTML crawlable text links: they cannot include a nofollow tag, be on a links page excluded by a robots tag or use javascript, meta or redirect scripts
- links cannot be from porn, casino, pharmacy, free hosted, illegal or blacklisted websites
- No link schemes or link farms.
- ONE WAY links *only* (reciprocal links will NOT be accepted)
- links cannot be placed on framed pages, flash websites, article submission websites, forums/bulletin boards, guest books, directory sites, social bookmarks or classified ads, and links should not be posted and or participate in any (commercial) link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms
- No text to mention the links are paid links.
- No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable.
- No links to be made using any automated techniques or black/grey hat blog comment spam, referrer spam or ANY other shady tactic.
- We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.

TIMEFRAME FOR DELIVERY

All links must be deployed several per day over a period of 4 weeks to avoid any penalties. (building 40 links each week)


REPORTING

We need weekly updates and a final report in an Excel spreadsheet containing this information :

* Date
* Anchor Text Used
* Type of link
* Link IP Address
* Link URL (the URL where our link is located)
* Google page rank of the link URL


PAYMENT

Funds will be put in escrow; 50% of the Payment will be made after ALL links have been placed and verified. (you must provide us with an Excel spreadsheet as outlined above). The remaining 50% of payment will be made ONLY after Google has cached the links.


OTHER INFORMATION

You will be provided with an excel sheet containing the related keywords for link building. We prefer links coming from .NL/.BE websites of course (it's not a must !), and webmasters who are able to provide links from these TLD's have an advantage. If possible, please provide examples of websites that you have built links for in the past and any search engine ranking/traffic success that resulted from your actions. Please note this is not a one time project, if we find the right link builder we have lots of regular work for him / her.


BIDDING

We reserve the right to terminate the contract if objectives/deliverables are not met in a timely manner.

-References to similar, successfully completed projects to indicate your work quality.
-A description of how you intend to obtain the links during the project time line.
-An indication that you have read and understand ALL the project requirements.
