I currently own www.scottishmortgages.co.uk which has never been used. I am looking to create a joint venture partnership with a person/company to develop this domain by creating a similar site to www.scotland-mortgages.co.uk.

What YOU will do
- design and build the website
- ensure a consistently high google.co.uk ranking (top 10-20) for a number of key search terms.
You MUST have substantial and verifiable SEO and website marketing experience, as well as the ability to create highly professional websites.

What I will do
- Provide content for the site
- Find suitable buyers for the mortgage leads
I have substantial knoweldge, experience and qualifications within the UK financial services sector.


I anticipate that we should be able to make between £500 and £2000 per month net profit (after any advertising fees paid). This will be primarily from selling leads to mortgage brokers.

Profits will be split 50-50 with the partner and there will be a full contract in place to recognise this. The contract will be for 3 years, at the end of which we either agree to continue running the site, or sell the website, splitting the proceeds 50-50.

This is a great opportunity for to enter the lucrative UK financial services market and if the partnership is successul I would be looking to create a number of other financial services sites on a similar joint venture basis.
