- Description: I know this has been done more than once, so this might be more suited to someone who duplicate their past project.
I need a Mortgage loan calculator in flash. I want simple, pleasing on the eye and based on http://www.resi.com.au/Calculators/Loan-Repayments.aspx
I would like to be able to pass in parameters dynamically (XML?) such as the loan amount and the interest rate. I would also like to be able to pass in aesthetics changes such as color scheme.
