I need someone to point me out to a free sms gateway which can be used to build a sms sending service. If you are also well versed in the same, I might go with the particular provider to create one such service from where a person can send sms messages to anyone in the world or to a particular geographical location.
Please talk to me first as to which sms gateway you are proposing and provide all the tech details related to it so I can talk to my tech team about it.
Also provide an estimate for the sms portal if I wanted to have it done by you. Remember the emphasis is on the way you present yourself to me, not on how many fancy projects you have done before. Just talk to me about the sms gateway and cost for the portal and no other crap.
