Develop an application.

Where:

1- Create a Data Base of Customer ID/Customers Name / Location / Phone Number. Show customers in a row according to there IDs.
2- User click on the telephone number on the screen and system dial it automatically.
3- Customer calls and system automatically opens the customers page by recognizing phone numbers in the data base.
4- Tracks all the phone calls in and out
5- Use PHP and MySQL

Developer will need VOIP, SIP, IVR etc knowledge.
e.g…. Main page has following info.
1- Customer ABC
2- Customer DDT
3- Customer JJK
User click on the Customer ABC: Next page opens with following info

Name: Mill Hill
Location: NY
Phone: 7181231234

When user click on the phone number system automatically dial this number and connects with the customer.

If office receives a call from 7181231234. System automatically opens the Customer ABC page where its name and location is visible.
I don't care how you will develop it and what sources you will use but it should work in USA. Please let me know exactly what you are going to do.
