    I have a form already built in php where the user chooses answers - like a test. I want that test to be autograded. AND, if the user passes the test, a certificate that has auto-filled with the users info will come up for them to print.

    I need:
    - form to autograde / calculate pass or fail
    - if pass, then certificate pops up (auto-populate with user name, and date.
    - if fail, sends to another page.
