We have three magento scripts that need to be updated. Two broke when we updated our cart (all programming is done) and the other is complete, but the settings are off.

All scripts work completely separate from Magento, it just grabs the data from the database and uses it in its own script.

Script 1: A financial script, it creates reports from the magento data and makes csv and html files showing the shirts sold, etc.. These stopped creating themselves once we moved servers. It also stopped emailing us daily updates when we switched servers.

Script 2: This is a script which sends email notifications to people when an item they requested is back in stock. All programming is done, but for some reason when we updated our cart, it sends email notifications for the wrong shirt when its back in stock.

Script 3: This script calculates total money from sales and finds a percentage. It updates once every two weeks but for some reason is showing 17 days instead of 14. We need this fixed.
